Our Beginning & Kadiyam Heritage

Our journey started over 25 years ago in the fertile lands of Kadiyam, a region known as the "Nursery Capital" of India. We began with a small patch of land and a huge vision to bring Kadiyapulanka's natural beauty to the rest of the world.

Working in Kadiyam is unique because of the Godavari riverbed's alluvial soil, which allows us to grow plants with incredible strength and vitality. We have mastered the art of Kadiyam cultivation, ensuring that every tree is hardened and ready for domestic or international climates.

KAR Nursery is not just a business; it is the living legacy of our founder, the late Sri Kamireddy Arjunrao. With profound agricultural knowledge and an unmatched work ethic, he recognized the incredible fertile potential of the Godavari riverbeds in Kadiyapulanka over 25 years ago.

He started with a simple belief: that plants grown with dedication and integrity would naturally thrive anywhere in the world. He established a nursery dedicated not merely to mass-producing saplings, but to cultivating lasting, honest relationships with farmers, local landscapers, and eventually, international buyers.

Today, the landscape of the global export market has evolved, requiring strict phytosanitary regulations, bare-root transit, and massive volume capabilities. However, the core values installed by Sri Kamireddy Arjunrao remain unchanged.

We continue to honor his name by maintaining the exceptionally high standards he set. Every Ficus Bonsai, every Avenue Tree, and every fruit sapling that leaves our soil carries forward his passion for nature and his commitment to quality.

At KAR Nursery, we don't treat plants as simple commercial products. To us, every sapling, every bonsai, and every tree is like a son.

We nurture our plants with patient hands and protective care from the very first day they touch our soil. This deep emotional bond ensures that when a plant leaves our nursery, it is robust, happy, and ready to thrive in its new home.

Our founder taught us that a nursery is not built on sales, but on the life and health of the trees we send into the world. That is why, once you order bulk, we keep them aside for at least 48 hours. We rigorously test those plants and will only send plants which are 100% alive and thriving in that condition. We believe a parent never sends their child into the world unprepared; we do the same for our plants.
